Joseph Saullo
Joe Saullo is very passionate about what he does. His drive comes from a desire to constantly better himself and take others along with him for the ride. Joe’s career in telecommunications began in the corporate world in 2003. He dedicated his time and energy to corporate America for 11 years investing his expertise in management and solution advising. Seeing that he had so much more to offer and more room to grow, Joe took the leap of faith in 2014 when he established First Class Connection as founder and president.
His motivating force behind this was to bring more solutions at a better value without being tied to a specific vendor or company. Unfortunately, working for corporate America, you are limited to services and solutions only offered by that company. Being an independent brokerage firm opens you up to unlimited possibilities and opportunities where you can offer any solution from any company that fits your specific needs. Under Joe’s leadership, First Class Connection strives to do that while ensuring quality and personalized support every step of the way.
VP of Marketing
Nancy Shed
Nancy Shed is the VP of marketing at First Class Connection and she brings with her 30 years of successful experience in the sales and marketing arena. As a prior Verizon real estate project manager, she is a pro at working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Her driving motivation and passion is to inspire others to take action and reach their full potential whether it be on a professional or personal level.
With that in mind, Nancy channels all her marketing expertise to help individuals and business partners discover just how far they can go and grow. On a personal level, Nancy enjoys spending quality time with her family which includes her husband Joe, her college freshman Nicole, and her miracle toddler Stella whom she had at 48! She also loves cooking, traveling, and catching up on her favorite Netflix shows when she is not being a superhero at the office and at home.
Director of Marketing
Grace Hanna
Grace Hanna is the director of marketing for First Class Connection. She is passionate about being a part of a company that puts the client first, and consistently strives to provide the highest level of quality and service.
Previously working for Wells Fargo, Grace has 20 plus years of experience in customer service and quality assurance. When not taking care of business, she enjoys time with her family mainly surrounded by delicious food, being part of and serving at her local church, and cuddling with her many cats.
Solution Advisor
Joe Pons
Since 2009, I have immersed myself in the technology space, gaining a wealth of experience and expertise. My journey began at a national mobile phone provider, where I honed my skills in the telephony industry. I then moved on to a prominent aggregator, selling a range of business solutions including multi-site connectivity, cyber security, and VoIP services. In 2022, I achieved a long-held dream of becoming a solution advisor, a role that allows me to channel my passion for finding the best solutions for my clients without limitations.
When I’m not dedicating myself to my clients, I cherish spending time with my family or enjoying a round of golf with friends. My passion for providing the best options for my clients drives me every day, and I take pride in the freedom to offer solutions that truly meet their needs.
Operations Manager
Catherine Koboldt
As an Operations Manager and Revenue Growth Strategist with over a decade of experience, she has consistently driven customer success and operational excellence. At First Class Connection, she improved renewal rates from 63% to 83% by developing effective negotiation strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. She also conducts Quarterly Business Reviews, manages key client accounts, and mentors team members.
Her previous roles include boosting graduation rates to 85% at the Educational Options Center through strategic collaboration and innovative curriculum development, driving $6.5M in client business at Sandler Partners while improving efficiency by 23.2%, and earning Presidents Club honors at TelePacific Communications for managing 278 key accounts and maintaining a 90% client retention rate.
She also spent a decade in the insurance industry at Answer Financial, leading a team of 17 agents and earning recognition as a top sales agent. Beyond her professional career, she is dedicated to her family, bringing the same strategic thinking and dedication to her role as a mom.
